How Searches Work

Most candidates Oleven works with are not actively searching. Most searches rely on direct outreach and existing relationships rather than job postings or database searches.

Every search starts with a direct conversation about the role and what success actually looks like. Usually those conversations tell you more than the job description does.

Introductions are selective. Two to four candidates per engagement, each with a direct assessment of fit and an honest view of strengths and concerns. Enough to make a confident decision. Not enough to require another layer of filtering.

Oleven carries a small number of searches at any time. Every one is handled by the same person, start to finish.
